Touch screen self registration or receptionist software module The self registration touch screen module is the most advanced system of its kind. It’s so simple to use and yet looks so professional, and will enhance the reception environment. Each visitor can just follow the on screen instructions to book in which will then produce a security pass with Health & Safety rules. If the visitor has been pre booked by a member of staff then they just input a pin number and they are booked in within seconds speeding up the process.

Photo capture if required The Touchscreen or reception module can if required capture a photo. This can be printed onto the pass for identification. When the visitor or contractor arrives on site and books in, an email can be sent to the member of staff with photo attached to alert that the visitor has arrived and allow easy identification.

Pre-booking and pre authorising of Visitors & Contractors by staff or reception Each staff member and receptionist can have their own online login page to pre book visitors and contractors. How secure do you want to be? You can keep it really simple with just a name and a few other details or as some companies do go through a pre authorisation process to make sure that your visitor and contractor visit is kept ultra secure. This process reduces the actual arrival booking in process to seconds and gives great control of who is allowed on site. When a visitor is pre booked, an email can be sent automatically with details of the visit, map, directions and if required a unique pin number.

Signature capture for compliance with company rules Do you want to keep a record of compliance and acceptance or your company rules or health & Safety? The signature tablet will capture that compliance and can be combined with acceptance of a security or food questionnaire and even inductions. The signature is stored electronically and can be printed on the ID pass to show staff that they have accepted the company rules

Electronic Security questionnaire with signature compliance The visitor or contractor can be asked to fill out any series of questions you would like. For food companies questions regarding health, for high secure sites questions regarding data protection. The system can be setup for contractor inductions, so that if not inducted then a video can be played to take them through it with a signature at the end for acceptance of the induction. The system can then flag up every year to show that a particular contractor needs to be re-inducted.
