The service we offer is very similar to our other services for standard ID cards for staff, you simply order so many and the remaining cards stay on file until you need them in the future.

We come across a lot of schools, colleges and clubs who need student id but have no idea what information to display, with over 10 years experience in printing staff and student id cards we feel that the below information should be sufficient for any small organisation looking for student id.

Our suggestions:

Photo’s – Ensure you have a clear image of the person requiring the ID card, this enable a great print.

Name’s – We suggest displaying the students name fully in a clear position.

Student ID No – Majority of organisations have some sort of number associating with an individual student, we suggest having this on the card as it enables easy tracking if the card was lost.

Address Details – Have your address details on either the front or reverse.

Course title – This is not essential, but it authorises the students to be in certain areas of the building.
