Our new permits to work follow a 3 step strategy to induct any type of contractor, whether working at heights or working in confined spaces. This permit to work suits ALL.

The 3 step strategy

Step 1: Contractors details and location of work.

The contractor completes the following fields Date, Name, Company Name, Contact details, Number of people in team and Location of work.

Step 2: Detailed questionnaire on Safety Precations, Rish Assessment and PPE.

The contractor marks all PPE required then completes your Safety Precautions questionnaire, Risk Assessment and Method Statement.

Step 3: Contractors declaration.

Contractor signs to acknowledge the above, once work has completed staff sign to agree completion and approve work.
