Permit to Work

Permit-to-Work-Special Offer

Part number: P2W
Options:

Permit to work.

We have created a new all in one comprehensive permit to work; this permit is a 3-part document, which covers the following:

Different variations of work such as:

·         Working at heights

·         Working in confined spaces

·         Electrical work

·         Working in Asbestos areas

·         Hot works

·         We also leave a section for other types of work as the permits are designed to your specification.

Our permit to work asks your contractors a series of questions such as:

·         Are the work forces qualified to carry out the task?

·         Is appropriate PPE available?

·         Are personnel trained to use fire extinguishers?

·         Plus many more, if you would like a full detailed view of the permit to work please contact us.

Once your contractor has completed all the relevant questions, they then move onto the next step. This looks into the work being carried out, and if any risk assessments have been followed. Our permit to work then details specific precautions to which you supply us with, as this will make the permit site / company specific. The contractor then goes on to say which services are to be isolated for work to carried out, whether they be Fire Alarm/Zone, Electrics, Water, Gas and many more.

After completing, a series of questions and filling in the method statements the contractor then signs your company declaration to which both your contractor and staff member sign.

Other unique features include:

·         Numbering; this is useful for auditing purposes

·         Sections; this makes the permit easy to follow

·         Yes & No tick boxes; this easily highlights any areas of concern

·         Printed with your logo and colours which portrays a corporate image for your company

·         Reverse of Permit has hazard sign and tick boxes, which highlights type of work being carried out.
