The Pass

The Pass includes your company's Health & Safety Information, and Fire evacuation/emergency procedure, which every Visitor / Contractor SIGNS to accept. Each visitor is issued with an official visitor badge which features the pass validation date ensuring the visitor pass cannot be re-used. Each pass displays the company's corporate identity through personalisation, featuring your company logo and colours. Our latest Visitor Pass designs now include a special column to bring the system in line with the New Special Needs Legislation under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

The Data Protection Sheet

Every Visitor Pass system includes a carbonated form which works as a Data Protection sheet protecting the visitors’ identity from the next visitor. The Data Protection Sheet is printed with your company logo or name; this helps portray a professional corporate image for your brand as well as ensuring the visitors details are kept secure.

The Fire Register

A carbonated copy of the date, visitors name, visitors company, signature, time-in & time out is kept on the back up Fire Register. This information is extremely useful in times of an emergency as the information is easily accessible. The Fire Register is pre-numbered to match the numbering on the Visitor Pass adding to the security of the visitor system; the numbering can also be used for auditing purposes.

The visitor pass system can be amended to include extra columns or to include specific information such as emergency numbers, a map of the site, information on fire assembly points or even a tick box to audit a visitors acceptance of Site Safety rules; within the template, the design is entirely up to you.
