Our visitor system can be fully personalised throughout, we can use your corporate company colours so that it fits in well with your reception whilst creating a professional 'first impression' when visitors arrive.
When the visitors sign in they aren't only authorised to be on site but once the visitor pass has been signed it then binds them to your company terms and conditions. As the visitors write in their details our system simultaneously transfers the data onto a register, A discretion sheet keeps all your visitor information confidential and ensures your company adheres to the Data Protection Act.
We also include specific emergency procedures, the system makes sure all your visitors comply with all the latest Health and Safety guidelines and all the relevant emergency procedures. The visitor pass system is also used as an ongoing fire report and includes a special DDA column. For example if a fire was to start the fire brigade could immediately identify if there was any visitors on-site that weren't accounted for and if there was any visitors that needed additional assistance.
As the system is fully customisable your company logo can be placed on every part, the visitor register, the discretion sheet and the visitor pass. Your company logo will be completely visible on all 3 documents. This not only makes your visitor system reinforce your image but also immediately identifies authorised visitors.
Additional features for visitor passes
Our systems are fully adaptable, and can include:
Migrating Ink
we can include an additional security feature which is call Migrating Ink, this feature not only can be included in your system but it also acts as an additional expiry date, the ink simply fades as the time moves on ensuring the visitor can't use the pass again.
Tear off car park passes for your visitors
If a visitor brings their car to your building do you have a way identifying which vehicles are authorised? our system can be adapted so that an additional tear off slip which contains your company logo and sections as to which the visitor fills in with the car registration and vehicle model then places the pass on their windscreen of their car.
