Loyalty Card System
Reward-it Loyalty Card System is a stand-alone solution which monitors and records customer activity with the use of loyalty cards.
The system itself comes complete with terminal, web hosted software, and pre-printed cards as soon as your package arrives you are set to go, simply create your campaign whether it be 1 pound spent equals 1 loyalty point on their card the choice is yours. – The campaigns are fully customisable and you can edit them at any time.
The web hosted software works with any internet connection, either use the hand-held wireless terminal or manually input the transactions directly into the software.
The Reward-it system can support single outlet stores or multiple stores under one scheme.
The terminal to which your employees’ use when dealing with your customers is very easy to use the hand-held device offers three simple functions which are adding loyalty points, points redemption and balance checks, all these functions are linked to the software which is held in the “back office”.
The back office software enables you and a number of your staff to instantly log in and sign up new customers. With ease, add the personal information gathered by your staff upon customer signup like name, address details and more importantly email address.
Once your customer has been signed up either by you or your delegated members of staff you can then decide which loyalty campaign you want them to be on. You can have one, two, or even three campaigns, these campaigns enable the customer to gather loyalty points when returning to the store. For example, say, you run a small coffee shop and you have 1 campaign which means if a customer purchases 8 coffees they get their 9th free, once your customer has returned to your store and they have collected enough loyalty points they are entitled to a free coffee. (Please remember this is just an example and you can run your campaigns how you wish.)
- Customer Registration - This screen enables you or your staff members to quickly gather the customer’s information such as their email address this will then be used later in the system for direct and effective email marketing.
- Run Reports – Once your customer has been added to your loyalty scheme you will be able to run detailed reports by using the reporting tools provided within the software such as ‘top customer by spend’. This tool alone is worth its weight in gold as you will be able see which customers have spend the most within a given period. You can then if you wish reward your most valuable customers by sending them an offer by email, which you collected upon sign-up.
- Email Campaigns – Our mailing feature within the software gives you the ability to run reports on your best customers as mentioned above, you can then import this list into your email campaign and simply send each valuable customer a special offer or even informative information about your company.
- Manual Entry – If you customer damages or looses their loyalty card you can instantly issue a new one or simply manually input the information to the system.
