I would highly recommend Olivia Smith…

I would highly recommend Olivia Smith within the sales team, at Lesar. Olivia's attentiveness and customer service levels are outstanding.
After i placed an online order for an item that i believed would meet my requirement needs, Olivia kindly contacted me directly to explain that based on my historic ordering pattens, the product may not suit my requirements. Olivia provided me with some written quotes for alternative products that more suited what i required. Olivia was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and demonstrate exactly what excellent customer services is all about,
she is a great ambassador for Lesar

Evan Russell called me to discuss my…

Evan Russell called me to discuss my recent order as my old machine seemed to be faulty so I purchased a replacement. When finding this out Evan spent time giving me advice and managed to fix my previous printer and resolved the issue completely! the honesty and professionalism shown from this employee is a great credit to his company. Meaning I would go nowhere else to order supplies in the future. This company clearly doesn't just take your money for the sake of it and genuinely wants to help their customers as this saved me over £600. Thank you!

The justification is that there have…

The justification is that there have been frauds, but the company itself does not send the orders correctly, it took 1 month to send an order, and after paying, the others canceled it, I always use the same card since the first order, so this justification is not valid !!!! Do not buy from this store, after purchasing they send the order incorrectly and then issue a refund!!!! I don't recommend it... order 53705670

Inventry enhances our school's safeguarding measures

We are very pleased to work with Inventry over a now 2 site school. It helps us to record staff attendance, all visitors & governors & allows for the signing in & out of pupils as well as entire groups of children. The support is excellent & the team does their best to respond to our requirements. It's hard to remember a time before its use!

ID Card equipmnt

I had recently experienced many provblems with the ID catrds recieved, after eliminating all the problems including tests on the magicard printer we were at our wits end...

Ben found us a solution with no additional cost.

We are totally happy with the support we recieved from Lesar and Ben.

A great consumer experience!

A great consumer experience! I was unsure what machine to buy so used the online chat where Evan went through the options available for my use case then found me a really good deal on an ex demo model of my chosen machine. Purchased at 3pm, received the next day at 10am. Not being very technical I was apprehensive about set up so contacted support where, Evan again, took a lot of time to help me. I am really happy that I chose Lesar for my printer and would recomend them to anyone

Outstanding!

We were so impressed with Lesar and especially Lee Brooks! We got responses to our e-mails promptly and were talked through every stage of the design. All alterations were easily accommodated, the whole process took 3 working days and the cards were delivered within 24 hours of the final order. Couldn't believe it when they came through the door this morning!

extremely helpful and happy to give advice.

New to plastic card printing we wanted a cost effective system that would get us started. The guys at Lesar took the time to go through many systems available and helped us make the right choice. When we enquired about upgrading the software again they offered us no obligation advice and when we placed the order the upgrade was with us extremely quickly.

Great service - quick, very helpful couldnt do enough to meet our needs.

I emailed late Friday and received a phone call first thing on Friday. Lewis understood exactly what I needed and made some really helpful suggestions which I hadn't thought of. Its now Thursday and I've already received by visitors book containing the visitors sign in sheets, the pouches, lanyards, card holders and the link to upload the photos for the ID cards. The personalised lanyards have already been designed and approved.
Cant's fault the service at all.
I'll be using this company again!

Decent price, decent service

Bought an ID card printer for conference badging. Price was competitive, good service, knowledgeable sales person and v. quick delivery. Would have preferred them not to have stuck a huge Lesar sticker on the front of the machine at a jaunty angle mind you...

Give the man a promotion :D

Sufyaan was a great help, has helped me couple times in the past and has been excellent every time, has good mannerisms on the phone and explains what he is doing well.
Also, very knowledgeable and managed to find a solution each time. defiantly deserves recognition for his hard work for the company.

Easy to deal with fast and efficient

From the onset Lesar helped with advice on product choice and spoke to me in terms I could understand.
They obviously know their products and client requirements.
Products arrive on schedule and their back up and after sales service has been excellent.
I cannot recommend them highly enough especially Chris Bristow who I had most dealings with.

Couldn't be more pleased.

From start to finish the process couldn't have been made easier for us. Nothing was too much trouble for Lee and Jordan to get us exactly what we envisaged and it was all completed with great efficiency, very quickly and at a reasonable cost. Good old fashioned customer care at every stage of the process coupled with an easy to use website. A winning combination. I certainly wouldn't consider going anywhere else for the next order.

Zebra ZXP Series 1 Printer

Very impressed with the service provided by Lesar. Next working day delivery and telephone call the following day to see if we needed help installing the printer or if we had any other problems. Would definitely recommend the company and will be using again to order further products in the future.
The printer itself is very easy to set up and use and will be perfect for our company needs.

ID cards

Colleagues of Lesar are friendly and very efficient with our requests. ID cards were dispatched exceptionally quick at such a short notice. Any errors that occurred were rectified quickly. Would definitely recommend Lesar

We needed student lanyards in a hurry

We were let down by another ID supplier at extremely short notice and we needed to get some replacement lanyards ASAP to give to our students. We spoke to Lesar just before 5:00pm on Friday and on Tuesday morning the lanyards arrived. Very quick and responsive service, thank you :-)

Inventry system

This is one of the best things we have spent our money. As a large Primary School we can keep track of all our staff, use an app on an ipad for staff and visitor evacuation for fire drills.
Visitor are given a visitor badge with their photo on and details about who they are visiting. This makes it easy for other staff to identify them.
Our pupil attendance records are accurate and with the facility to write back to SIMS we know our records reflect the true attendance position. The EWO and Ofsted have remarked favourably on the system too.
We have 1 main screen and 2 quick scan units. The caretaker can also see who is left in the building before he locks up!

Excellent customer service and quality product

Our point of contact, Yasin Patel, has always offered an exceptional, friendly service. He has always ensured that our needs have been met, sometimes were deadlines seemed hard to meet.

The quality of the product we have had from Lesar has also always been fantastic.

We hope to have a long and fruitful relationship with Lesar as our own business needs grow.

I would recommend Lesar and the services they offer to anyone.
