We accept most credit card/debit cards. Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK on the same day if received before 1pm and we have the item in stock... If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase normally 2-3days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
UK orders are presently shipped via Parcel Force which is normally next day delivery however please allow 1 - 2 working days.
Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.
Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address etc with your returned items.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.
Refunds and Reshipments
Customers must allow 10 working days before we refund your order or ship a replacement. For refunds you must return your order to the address below.

Order Confirmations
You'll receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to the e-mail address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Next Day Delivery
Sent by Parcel Force for next working day at £9.50. A signature will be required on delivery. Order placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.
Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 1.00 pm the latest in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery.
After 1.00 pm Delivery
If orders are placed after 1pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform Parcel Force of the missing parcel.
