- A visitor arrives at your reception.
- The receptionist books the visitor in on the computer, or the visitor may have already been pre-booked on your network.
- The Pass is printed and includes barcode & your health and safety information. Your Fire register is updated.
- The pass is placed in a wallet and given to your visitor to clip onto their jacket.
- When the visitor is leaving the printed barcode facilitates simple swiping out.
