Compliance testing is a module which you can add on to your iWork Audit package, with the ability to set specific tests for certain assets this add on is a must for most.

Q. How would I use compliance testing?

A. Imagine owning 5 forklift trucks, at the start of everyday each truck must go through certain compliance tests to ensure the safety of the driver using the vehicle, these tests are preset by you  i.e. are the hydraulics working?

Q. How will the driver complete the compliance test?

A. The driver simply scans the vehicle with his phone or scanner and runs through the compliance / questionnaire relevant to that vehicle.

Record all of the relevant details of your company fleet and where appropriate use the vehicle as a location for any plant and machinery carried in it.

All vehicle inspection records can be recorded and retained. Along with service intervals and MOT dates, any vehicle leasing details can also be recorded.

Reduces the risk of you paying for repairs or breakdowns on equipment covered by a warranty to virtually nil.

All warranty details are contained within the asset record.
