The Combi Multi Pass Book is a visitor management system which allows business to sign in visitors and provide them with a pass which authorises them to be on site.
With a 10 Per page pass system, the visitor Simply writes their details in the fields and tears the individual pass off; which then becomes their ID badge for their entire visit. Unlike many other generic passes, because the visitor is presented with a pass with their details on and date of visit; this system greatly increases the security of your business with the ability of being able to identify the visitors easily by sight and being able to see with a glance if the pass is valid or not. The visitor pass is made up of 6 fields;
As well as these features, the Combi Multi Pass Book also includes the added benefits of data protection and reporting; when the details are added to the next availble pass, the details are copied through a discretion sheet onto a carbon copy below; enabling you to then report on who and how many persons have visited the business while also protecting your visitors identities from future visitors.
