Many companies offering school staff id cards have no call off service, our call off service basically means that we hold around 5 or 6 id cards on file so in the future if you find that one of your staff members have lost their id card you can simply send us an email and we will print you another, normally within the same day; however, we do say 2 - 3 days for repeat photo id cards.
The design of the cards are totally open to your requirements, we have a dedicated team who will work on a one to one basis until your school id card design is complete. The information held on the badge is up to you, after all they are your staff id badges so feel free to have as much or as little information on the cards as required. We do however suggest having the following information:
Once we have the information you would like on the cards, like your school logo and colours, we will begin the design process. After we have made the design we will simply email back and forth until your design is perfect. There is no limit as to how many times you amend the badge, after all we want them to be perfect.
Once the design is finalised we will ask you to send us all your school employee photos either by email or post. We can use passport photos or even holiday photos no matter what the photo size we will do all the resizing and other little jobs to make getting your school id cards stress free.
After receiving all employee photos we will begin printing, once printed we dispatch securely via Parcel Force. We hope to get the badges to you within 4 - 5 days after receiving photos and confirmation of design; however, if you need them urgently we will try our best to get them to you sooner.
Yes, we use PVC cards which are run through ID Card Printers, the printers simply heat transfers the information i.e. names, photos, etc into the plastic id card, this ensures that the badges are premium quality and tamper proof.
Yes if required, however, most of our customers are more than satisfied once they see their design on screen, however, we can send one to you via the post after design approval.
As most schools and colleges vary in staff quantities we ask if you could send us your contact information via the green button below or at the top of this page. Once we receive your enquiry we will call you to discuss your requirements.

We often do research prior to calling, if we can find a good quality version of your logo on the web we will use this. If not, we will require you to send across a high resolution version of your logo. If you do not have a high res version, please send across what you have and sometimes our guru's in studio can often redraw you're logo in a matter of minutes depending on complexity. Once we have received the logo we will begin designing your ID cards whilst incorporating your requirements such as Colours, Name, Job Title, Issue Number etc.
Once everything has been confirmed and you are happy with the produced design we will then set you up with your very own IDB portal, with your portal you can see your latest design, see how many credits (cards) you have remaining and you can also request ID cards using the Request New Card function within your portal. After you've finished uploading your new requests, we receive a notification. We log in, check how many cards you have requested and provide an estimated completion date. You can then see the estimated completion date in your IDB portal under call offs.
We have now printed your ID cards it’s now time for delivery, we use well known couriers such as Parcel Force, Interlink and in most cases Royal Mail. Please note, with the IDB portal you can also track the progress of your recent requests, when we print or despatch your ID cards we update your request with applicable dates.
