Bring everyday badge printing in-house with the Evolis Badgy200 bundle. Designed for individual cards and smaller batches, it combines a compact single-sided printer, card-design software and enough supplied cards and colour ribbon to make your first 100 badges. It suits staff identification, membership cards, visitor badges and event passes.

A complete starting point

The bundle includes Evolis Badge Studio Plus, a 100-print YMCKO ribbon and 100 blank PVC cards. You can design the badge, add a photograph or logo, and print without first assembling a separate starter consumables package. Lanyards, badge holders and additional cards are separate purchases.

Build a consistent card design

Use the design software to arrange names, photographs and other visible information in a repeatable layout. Database import is useful when you already hold a list of members or staff: it reduces the need to recreate every card manually. Review imported records and photographs before printing a batch.

Professional colour in a compact space

Badgy200 prints to the card edges and supports colour photographs, logos, text and monochrome details. The small desktop footprint suits a reception desk or office where space is limited. Rated output is 95 colour cards per hour; a separate black ribbon supports faster monochrome jobs.

Straightforward day-to-day use

The automatic feeder and output tray each hold 25 standard-thickness cards. Ribbon cassettes are recognised automatically, while USB connects the printer to your computer. Keep cards clean, handle them by the edges and follow the cleaning schedule to help maintain consistent print quality.

Choose it for visible identification

This is a single-sided visual badge solution. It does not include magnetic-stripe or smart-card encoding hardware. If the badge must operate an access-control system, tell us about that system before choosing a printer: printing its appearance and programming its chip are separate requirements.

Can it print both sides automatically?

No. Badgy200 has a single-sided print module. Choose an automatic duplex model if printing both faces is a regular requirement.

Does the bundle include software and consumables?

Can I use it with a Mac?

Badgy supports Windows and macOS. Check the current driver and software requirements against your computer before installation.

Which cards should I buy?

Use supported CR80 cards in the specified thickness range. Paper-card printing needs the dedicated BlackFLEX monochrome ribbon; the supplied colour kit is intended for the supplied PVC cards.
