Choose the format for your display

Access is designed for credit-card-sized, single-sided monochrome labels. Its compact format suits smaller batches and counters where a clear name and price are the main priorities. It does not support long-format cards or automatic double-sided printing.

Design labels around your workflow

Edikio Price Tag Lite provides editable templates and tools for arranging text and images. Use the Edikio Chalk font for a handwritten-style presentation, import product data from Excel, and preview the layout as you make changes.

A starter bundle with useful supplies

You receive 100 black CR80 cards and a white ribbon rated for up to 500 single-sided prints. Ribbon yield depends on the format and printing method. Additional cards and ribbons can be ordered as your label requirements grow.

Keep the information easy to read

Start with the information your customer needs most, then choose a type size that is readable at the display distance. A consistent template helps staff produce matching labels even when different people update them. Review names, prices and any ingredient or allergen information before printing; software tools do not verify that information for you.

Connect and maintain your printer

USB connects Access to your computer. The software supports Windows and macOS; confirm the supported version for your workstation. Keep cards clean, use the correct ribbon for the chosen material and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions. Display holders are separate accessories.

Choose the right Edikio package

Access suits smaller single-sided CR80 jobs; Flex adds long-card formats; Duplex adds automatic two-sided printing. The software edition also changes with the bundle, so compare the workflow as well as the printer hardware.

Frequently asked questions

Can I print in colour?

Access is a monochrome solution. Choose Flex or Duplex and suitable colour consumables if full-colour printing is required.

Are label holders included?

No. Choose holders to suit the card format and how the labels will be displayed.

Can I print on both sides?

This printer is single-sided. For regular automatic double-sided printing, choose the Edikio Duplex package.

Does it include everything needed for initial labels?

The bundle contains the printer, software and starter cards/ribbon listed in the box-contents tab. You need a compatible computer, and any required display holders are separate.
