Reuse the card when its details change

Change a visitor name, membership expiry date or loyalty balance on the same compatible card. The manufacturer rates suitable rewritable media for up to 500 erase-and-reprint cycles, depending on the card and its condition. Keep a clear collection and cleaning process so returned cards stay suitable for reuse.

No printing ribbon to replace

The printer applies heat to the card’s thermochromic surface. That makes the card material central to the process: standard PVC cards cannot be used as a substitute. The visible printing colour comes from the chosen rewritable media rather than a colour ribbon.

Handle one card or a batch

Manual insertion is useful at a visitor desk when one person arrives at a time. The detachable 100-card feeder also supports prepared runs, with finished cards collected in the 15-card hopper. Rated erase-and-print cycles are eight seconds with manual insertion and twelve seconds with the feeder.

Print useful information clearly

The 300 dpi print head supports text, simple graphics and barcodes within a 48 × 76 mm print area. Keep essential information comfortably inside that area. A compact body and USB/Ethernet connectivity help you place the printer within a suitable workstation or network setup.
