Compact single-sided card printing

Original Zenius printers were designed for individual badges and smaller card runs. Colour dye-sublimation and monochrome resin printing supported staff identification, membership and visitor cards, with 300 dpi output and edge-to-edge designs.

Card handling for a reception desk

Use the automatic 50-card feeder for a small batch or insert cards individually for on-demand jobs. Finished cards collect in the 20-card output tray. These capacities describe the original Zenius and should not be confused with the newer Zenius 2.

Understanding this version

The GO Pack combined a USB-connected Classic printer with cardPresso XS software, a 200-print YMCKO ribbon and 100 PVC cards. The software supported importing card information from Excel, CSV and text files. The pack is retained here as a historical reference, not as an available offer.

Keep existing supplies compatible

Check the printer label and ribbon part number before ordering replacement supplies. A similar product name does not guarantee that a newer-generation ribbon will fit. Cleaning and appropriate consumables remain important for an existing machine even after the printer is discontinued.

Moving to Zenius 2

Zenius 2 is the manufacturer’s successor to original Zenius. Review its Classic and Expert versions, current software and supported media against your workflow. If the old printer has an encoder or relies on a particular application, confirm those requirements before choosing the replacement.
