Thanks to its innovative clamshell opening system, operating a plastic card printer has never been so simple. Installation of the Evolis Tattoo ribbon in one shot thanks to the exclusive integrated core system Quick and easy maintenance of the cleaning rollers. And if needed, the print head can be replaced in a snap with no tools nor additional adjusments.

A revolutionary solution analyses the thickness of the cards present in the feeder: each time you load the card feeder into the Tattoo, the printer immediately adjusts the thickness and memorises it for the appropriate operation. The exclusive weight concept of the card feeder applies permanent pressure on the whole card surface and this whatever number of cards loaded in the feeder.

The card feeder is also a detachable feature allowing several series of cards to be prepared at the same time, for example with different designs or different card thicknesses, according to your needs. Completely enclosed, the card feeder is dust proof and thus guarantees an optimal card printing quality.

The Tattoo offers a double operating mode simul­ta­ne­ously: Card by card manual feeding from the front mouth and automatic feeding with the feeder for 100 cards from the back.

The Tattoo integrates a Ribbon Saver feature: you only use the ribbon length you need for the image to be printed; hence reducing your cost/card!
