1. Gather your supplies: You'll need a razor blade or a plastic scraper, a spray bottle filled with warm soapy water, and a clean cloth.
2. Wet the sticker: Spray the warm soapy water generously onto the parking permit sticker. This will help loosen the adhesive.
3. Start scraping: Carefully use the razor blade or plastic scraper to lift one corner of the sticker. Be gentle to avoid damaging the windshield or the sticker itself.
4. Peel it off: Once you have a corner lifted, gently peel the sticker off at a sharp angle, moving slowly to avoid tearing it. Continue spraying with soapy water as needed to keep it moist.
5. Clean the residue: After removing the sticker, there may be some adhesive residue left on the windshield. Use the clean cloth and more soapy water to gently rub off the residue until the surface is clean.
6. Final touches: Wipe the windshield clean and dry with a dry cloth to ensure there's no residue or soap left.
