A: You can go into the driver options > Print Optimization and Adjustment and adjust the brightness. 

Q: Does the printer include any cards or ribbons to get started?

A: No. Any accessories such as printer ribbons or blank plastic cards are not included and will have to be bought separately from our website.

The new card feeder design means there is no need to adjust the card feeder for different card thickness saving you time when printing.
