A: After making an enquiry, we will begin creating your artwork for you. Alternatively, after your enquiry we will email you to see what you require and ask for any artwork/design you require.
Q: Can you print using the PDF I provide?
A: Yes, as long as it includes all the relevant information.
Q: How soon can I receive my order?
A: Our portal works on a first come first serve basis but typically despatches within 3-6 working days.
Q: Does CardHero store my designs for future purchases?
A: Yes, CardHero stores not only your designs, but your photos too; making it simple to order again.
Q: What materials are the ID badges made of?
A: This depends on your card type. Usually they are made up of biodegradable PVC in efforts to protect the environment.
Q: How does the delivery charge work?
A: You pay one carriage charge upfront for each batch of cards. This covers all deliveries using the call off service until the credits finish.
Q: Is it possible to top up?

We want to show companies that there are benefits to outsourcing the printing of staff ID cards because they can save money with shorter turnarounds, a higher quality product and better communication during the process. We've got you covered with our staff ID cards and we'll have have your ID badges printed and ready for you in just a couple of days.
Before we begin, we want to make photo ID cards, we ask the quantity you require. From this we will come to an arrangement where you can order approximately 10 more cards than you initially need. This is great for companies with a frequent change in staff or for those who misplace their own. We then ask for your company logo and a brief description for what you would like your cards to look like, this can all be sent to us via email. We then take your logo and start designing your brand new staff id cards achieving a colourful yet professional design; we will then send this across to your for your approval. If you already have an employee id card design, we can bring that to life too! Our templates also offer a good starting point to get ideas.
You may be thinking what format you need the photos in, or how do I get the photos across? After the design stage it is all about getting your photos across to us, you can use our brand new secure online portal to upload your photos and see the final design, once received, we will begin production for your personalised ID badges. As for the format, we can take any format sent, however the traditional image format is JPEG.
Once everything has arrived and we have your photos and design complete, we then begin printing your staff ID cards, delivery normally takes around 3-6 days but we can often accommodate this sooner if you wish (additional charge applied).
We keep the remaining cards on file until you need them, i.e. in a couple of weeks time if you have a requirement for a staff ID card, simply send us the photograph and we will print and pop it in the post, 1st class of course.

We have used this service for many years and have always received excellent service. The online system is very easy to use and the team are always very quick to respond when you need assistance. Ordered ID badges and holders from Eleanor who was very persistent, polite, patient and thorough. We had quite a few issues with the designers not quite getting the design accurate to what I'd sent over which spanned several days, but Eleanor persisted and remained incredibly patient during it all and eventually, she got the exact design we wanted organised with their designers and previewed our end and approved. Eleanor was a saint in this regard, I'm not sure I'd have been able to be as patient having to liaise between the designers and myself!
Unfortunately, the original order never arrived despite being dispatched so ended up speaking to Phoebe who re-sent the order. Phoebe was again lovely, patient, polite and thorough etc.
Unfortunately the re-send due to the way the system works didn't include the clear ID holders, so called again and spoke to manager Helen, who swiftly reassured me she'd resend today and we'd receive after the weekend. Helen was all of the above, which was really helpful and reassuring as I didn't want to have to bother them again!
Really grateful to these three for persisting and sorting out the issues we had. We'll definitely order again when we need to, thank you to the team for sorting everything!

Everything is turned around quickly, platform is effortless and easy to use, artwork update requests are usually done within a few hours, delivery is usually quick.
